This calculator returns the number of periods (NPER) for an investment or a loan based on periodic constant payments and a constant interest rate.

Enter all the amounts that you pay out in negative and the amounts that you receive in positive.

Annual Rate of Interest: Enter in number, like 2.75 or 9.325.

Payments made Monthly Quarterly Half-yearly Yearly

Each Payment Amount: Periodical payment amount.

Present Value: This is the PV of the investment.

Future Value: If omitted 0 is assumed.
